20 baby slings and a new stroller for the Perinatal Center at the University Hospital Cologne

In 2025, we were able to support Känguruh e.V. with a donation. For 25 years, this nonprofit organization has been supporting the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Perinatal Center at the University Hospital Cologne. There, the tiniest babies receive loving care around the clock, and parents and children are provided with compassionate support after their early and often difficult start in life.

With our donation, we were able to fund the purchase of 20 baby slings and a special stroller designed precisely for the needs of the hospital stay. This allows even the smallest babies to be safely transported across the hospital grounds to various examinations and carried in the sling by nursing staff or their parents, where the physical contact, warmth, and closeness help soothe them and support their development.

We were able to see for ourselves the tireless dedication of the nursing staff and the Känguruh e.V., and we are deeply impressed by their commitment. Based on our own experiences, we are delighted to be able to make a contribution here so that even the youngest members of society can get off to a good start in life.
